Herbal and savory Chilean Cabernet. I tasted eucalyptus, sandalwood and leather. Enjoyable wine

2005 opened December 2020. Thought it might be over-aged but was amazingly good. Matured nicely

Domus Aurea "house of gold" single vineyard cabernet sauvignon out of the upper maipo valley. Brownish tawny color is showing first signs of age. Cedar, dry wood on the nose. Purple fruit and black tea leaves on the palate. There is a sense of freshness and also grippy tannins are looming over this wine. Not sure if this will reach the 96RP it scored but well made nevertheless. 2010 vintage

Good balanced with Chili featured herb flavor. Enough concentration with sweetness and spiciness. 2015, we can enjoy, but it would possibly be better several years later. @2200, Medoc - BBQ, 200227-200307

Hips of pepper and personality

Absolutely stunning Chilean Cab. Mesmerizingly balanced culmination of all things Cabernet. Definitely recommended, took aging extremely well. Perfect with Steak Romanesco

I had all these Chilean and Argentinian Bordeaux varieties blind other wise I would have thought this was Australian - currants eucalyptus medium plus bodied bigger alcohol for sure
