Bold! Loud citrus. Lemon curd and sea salt. Sourdough starter to fresh yogurt. A little herbaceous green leaf. Broad palate, big, jovial, foamy mousse.

If you could make a bouncy ball out of champagne this would be it. Concentrated and lots of tension (likely due to no malolactic fermentation). Fine but powerful bubbles followed by some red fruit and toasty flavors.

nice balance. Yum. Very good. 9.2. This was probably my favorite But JM gobillard is good, it doesn’t have that roundness and it’s $43. . $78 for this one.
