Fresh, intense, with depth, character & finesse, fuller bodied due to 70% Pinot Noir, citrus, toasted almond, yeast, brioche, spices, intense minerality and long finish. 70% Pinot Noir, rest Chardonnay all Premier Cru, ageing 10 months in large oak vats, no MLF, 9g/L dosage. Disgorged June 2018.

If you could make a bouncy ball out of champagne this would be it. Concentrated and lots of tension (likely due to no malolactic fermentation). Fine but powerful bubbles followed by some red fruit and toasty flavors.
