Jul 31st, 2017Another star in Rosenthal book but I’m a bit puzzled by the muted enthusiasm on Delectable. Sure, not the last word on complexity but what glory in classic chard & Macon notes. Rich & minerally mouthfeel, balanced. Yeah, for less than 15$ local. So what’s the problem?

Jasmine and Yuzu for days. I'm still amazed at how they achieved this color and texture w/o wood. This is not your typical Chardonnay. Performed well day 2-3.

Yellow flower, apricot, yellow peach, unripe pineapple, kiwi, gravel, flint, white stone, a touch of smokiness, nuttiness at the end. Quite decent.
