Yum, this is drinking beautifully, crisp with subtle fruitiness, yellow and white flowers, pear, plus it’s a #Magnum

Tangerine, yeasts, white flowers, and oyster shell. Over 2 years on lees. Elevated acidity with a long bitter finish.

zero dosage bubbles but not austere. Bright pear and chalk with a huge long finish. And it’s inexpensive!

Green apple, green pear, chalky, bone dry

Liquid crack. Zero dosage, all bright, powerful Chardonnay. Normally, my favorite food pairing in the world is Champagne and Potato Chips (don't knock it till you try it, cause you're an idiot if you do), but with this, there is so much lemon zest that I just want it with meringue pie!

Disgorged 08/2014 Laser-like minerality on the nose, Granny Smith apple, lemon zest, powdery finish. Very impressive, crystalline- raw chardonnay in its naked form.
