What I think is the quintessential example of California Pinot from the Central Coast. For the money, I'll throw most of its northern neighbors in the trash. This wine begs to be coupled with food. Seriously, for the price, Sonoma flashy crap doesn't stand a chance! — 9 years ago
Found this in the "cellar." Really surprising, considering it is on its last leg. I mean, it's going out, but it's going with force majeur. — 9 years ago
The '14 is incredible. Big fruit, great tannins, just a pleasant wine to have. Opened yesterday and I'm in love!
I love the faint minerality, blackberry, light pepper, and a hint of a produce section, dirt and all! — 8 years ago
What a good little Pinot to have! Earthy, forest floor notes on the nose with Bing cherry flavors, spicy notes and a good little finish. I'm a fan! — 9 years ago
Can't really rate it. It's an '04 that was cooked. That having been said, still has a little nice umph to it! — 9 years ago
Really good fruit that will evolve favorably over the next 5 years, but let's face it; it's a 2012 and I'm thirsty now. — 8 years ago
Natrone had this 8 years ago
Another 2002 and LOVING IT!!! — 9 years ago
What a solid wine! Great fruit that makes a long, lasting finish, unlike my last girlfriend. — 9 years ago
Natrone Means Business
Smooth... graphite, blueberry reduction, maybe a little bing cherry, and just smooth like a scotch. I'm digging it. Not the best I e had, but pretty damn good! — 8 years ago
