Man, you can certainly tell the pedigree of this house just on the nose here. Though I’m typically not a big fan of sherry, this fino smells delicious. Nutty, ethereal, and like unbaked cinnamon apples (for those who have made homemade apple pie, picture the smell once you’ve sliced the apples and rolled them in the cinnamon and sugar - this is exactly the nose here.) The palate is bone dry with more nuttiness and stony minerality. Cool wine.. wish I enjoyed fino Sherry more...

When @Talia Baiocchi of @PUNCH kicked off our Sherry tasting together with this, we knew we were in for a treat. It's on the top of the Fino food chain but still approachable enough for beginners still familiarizing themselves with Sherry.

Almond, sea spray, wildflowers, bone dry. Usually have this with tapas, but it was quite nice with chicken marsala tonight.

Holy crap. This Fino Sherry has been open for at least a month. Still killing it. Smoky, briny, salty, nutty. This has to be one of the best deals in the wine world.
