This wine is the epitome of why people say that PX is often the equivalent of motor oil in the wine world. This stuff is freakin insanely rich, smells like baked down raisins and figs, and the palate has the most sumptuous texture.. just caressing every tastebud until quite frankly - you’re uncomfortable with how much you’re enjoying this.

NV Currants, figs and dates. Awesome balance, sweet and complex. Paired this with a cheese classic from Belgium Hervé Pikant. #px #pedroximenez

Dry, hazelnuts, walnut, tobacco, raisin. Bring this against fine food and it would shine. Olives and salumi as well.

Delicious motor oil with impressive layers of detail within the decadence.

This PX! The nectar of gods? Such a surprise from a hole in the wall liquor store. Don’t have time to write about it..Heading out right now to get some more!

Viscous without being heavy, but too sweet. Unique. Worth trying.
