This is a Napa Valley Pinot noir. It starts well with a lovely smokey cherry nose. On the palate you get rich cherry cobbler with rhubarb and strawberry jam. The body is full to start but falls off a little mid-palate on. What keeps this wine from being great, though, is the below average acid in the finish. So close.

Very pleased with this Riesling! On the nose, peach, pear, lemon. On the palette, very tropical with great acidity. Peach, pear, mango, and a strong mineral finish. I would enjoy with sushi or Thai foods. #napavalleywines #winelife #vsattui #riesling
