Spring time in a glass, even if the weather outside is still inching in that direction. Bright and juicy with hints of red apple and orange zest. Quite straightforward but certainly pleasing.

Medium straw. Medium plus aromatics with papaya, mango, citrus, dried herbs, saline, and wax. Round medium body, medium acid is nearly medium plus, medium plus alcohol 13.0% lends some warmth on the palate but is well integrated, slight but lingering astringency coupled with color and aromatic intensity suggests a short maceration with the skins. A dry wine but the juicy fruit basket flavors on the palate give the impression of "sweetness." Threshold bitterness, balanced refreshing medium finish reveals ginger, and sea grass.
