Lively, crisp, clean, lemon/lime with a bit of chamomile. Not complex, but very quaffable. 2013.

Drinking with this fish tacos, spicy and crispy garbanzo beans and flan. Perfect effervescent refreshment for the tacos, a bit of a heat instigator with the 'banzos, minerality and spiritous dancing takes the stage with the flan. Heavier apple notes go from being the stars to background dancers in order to reveal a lighter-bodied stonier performance.
