Alsace Riesling

2018 Out of a 375 ml -Nice Alsatian Riesling pretty generic as to quality but fun -maybe unripe peach with mineral quality

Excellent Riesling, especially for the price. Lemon, bees wax, white blossoms. Sustained finish. Can't got wrong with Trimbach, at all levels including the entry.

Powdery citrus nose and front palate, with a bed of minerality. Falls away a bit through the middle and back.

Citrus flavors of lemons and grapefruits.
Body is light to medium.

On the nose, honeysuckle, lemon zest, and ruby grapefruit. On the palate lemon and honey predominate with chalky minerals rising mid-palate. Medium minus alcohol, medium plus acid, and a long finish. Vive le Alsace. Vive le Riesling.
