The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is vibrant and full of energy. Sweet red cherry, mocha, spice, new leather and licorice are nicely layered in this mid-weight, polished Cabernet Sauvignon. I would give the 2019 a year or two in bottle and then enjoy it over the next decade or so. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, January 2022)

Bought on a recommendation- winner of a blind tasting from a respected wine group. A little too plush for my palate but a vg qpr ($50)

A blend of 84.5% Cab Sauv, 8.9% Petit Verdot & 6.6% Malbec, deep Ruby with aromas of dried ripe fruits and cigar box spice. On the palate flavors of ripe blackberry and cherry with notes of cacao, black pepper and earthy spice. Firm tight tannins with medium finish ending with a forest floor character. Ok for price but better ones out there!

Wow. Inky, opaque ruby color. Very primary and tons of American oak. This has decades of life left, really cool.

This is a delicious Napa Cabernet.
Showing black fruits, cedar, earth, vanilla, leather, tobacco and spices.

Full-bodied, big, bold, spicy and extracted.

Good right out of the bottle and better as it opens (two hours).

Fruit forward and tasty, but needs 5 years to mature properly. Very yummy already, though.

15.1% alcohol by volume.

92 points.

A great Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. Showing black fruits with chocolates, cedar, leather, vanilla, licorice, spices, tobacco, mocha, coke and earth.

Full bodied, smooth and elegant.

Long finish with cherries and peppercorn.

Still young and needs another 5 to 10 years of bottle time, but already delicious.

Needs a couple of hours to open up properly and show some tannins.

This is a delicious Cabernet from Napa Valley. Showing black currants, blackberries, chocolates vanilla, cedar, light earth, light alcohol and espresso.

Tangy finish with nice tannins.

It's time for my #FridayCabernetfix. Here is a great Napa Cabernet.

Dark ruby in color with a short reddish rim.

Fruity nose of blackberries, blueberries, earth, tobacco, vegetables, spices, wood, light vanilla, wet leaves, green vegetables, herbs, dark coffee and black pepper.

Full bodied and smooth with medium plus acidity and long legs.

Dry on the palate with blackberries, plums, cooked cherries, oak, vanilla, licorice, cloves, spices, dark chocolates, coffee, peppercorn, vegetables and green herbs.

Nice length on the finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.

This Napa Cabernet Sauvignon is already drinking very nicely, although still young. Showing nice complexity and a really great mouthfeel.

Needs 3 hours to open up and show some tannins. Will be even better in the next 5-10 years.

Good by itself or with food and would pair very nicely with a big piece of steak. I paired it with a charcuterie board of meats and cheeses.

A blend of 79% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Malbec, 7% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot. Aged in 45% new oak barrels (French, American and Hungarian).

Delicious and yummy.

2012- dark blackberries with some chocolate notes and spice from the oak. At 14.9, it's got some stuffing but the tannins are relatively soft for such a young cab. Delicious

Delightful cab blend. Not quite as big as expected, but enjoyed it greatly. Would be good by the glass at a restaurant, but could likely find other values for bottle cost.
