Lean rosé made with Cabernet Franc from vineyards on schist, sand and volcanic soils in and around Anjou. Fermented in stainless steel. Subtle aromas of red apple, ripe red fruit maybe candy. Light, refreshing and zesty with notes of citrus and nice saltiness.

Beautiful. Plenty of ripe red berries & rich stone fruit. Cab Franc aromatic character is on point here along with some ripe cherry notes on the finish. Wonderfully fresh with crisp acid. Brilliant rose.
