Pretty restrained, bright, and balanced for a Priorat. Nose has bright red berry fruit and super-clean crushed stone, with a note of smoke and a lick of red licorice stick. Concentrated but light-footed fruit in the mouth, leading to a medium length and very pure finish. Bone dry, tannins on the medium-light side, and no alcohol showing at all. Great value and a flexible wine with food.

Jun 25th, 2019Pretty good, agree with @Tom Casagrande for the most part. Started off VERY earthy & savory eventually yielding to liqueur like red fruit + tons of minerals. Scratched itch for Priorat, but definitely entry level

Dec 22nd, 2022Balanced blend of garnacha/grenache and cariñena/carignan, and impressed with its Burgundian-like restraint instead of fruit-bombing its presence. Smoked meats and licorice dominate the nose. Well-integrated tannins lead to candied cherries and basil on the tongue.
