Pretty restrained, bright, and balanced for a Priorat. Nose has bright red berry fruit and super-clean crushed stone, with a note of smoke and a lick of red licorice stick. Concentrated but light-footed fruit in the mouth, leading to a medium length and very pure finish. Bone dry, tannins on the medium-light side, and no alcohol showing at all. Great value and a flexible wine with food.

Fantastic! Raisin and walnut nose with a bright, tart red fruit palate. Expressive, precise, just the right amount of tannic structure. Really impressive.

Pretty good, agree with @Tom Casagrande for the most part. Started off VERY earthy & savory eventually yielding to liqueur like red fruit + tons of minerals. Scratched itch for Priorat, but definitely entry level

Oct 15th, 2021Balanced blend of garnacha/grenache and cariñena/carignan, and impressed with its Burgundian-like restraint instead of fruit-bombing its presence. Smoked meats and licorice dominate the nose. Well-integrated tannins lead to candied cherries and basil on the tongue.

Feb 15th, 2020Quite expressive with tart black cherry, blackberry, plus some bramble, walnutty notes. On the palate this is fresh & vibrant with nice purity & focus. Juicy, crunchy tannins with a mineral backbone are what makes this wine stand out. Plus this simply begs for another sip.
