You cannot really ever go wrong with a value CDR selected by Kermit Lynch. Well rounded fruit with subtle tannins and balanced acidity. Quaffable all day long.

2021. Kermit knocking it out of the park again, as always. Pretty raspberry/cherry notes, spice, fruit roll up, hint of pepper, crushed rocks, baking spice, earth and great acid. Love the 13.5 ABV.

The ultimate Goldilocks wine. What I sell my clientele when they have no idea what the person likes as a gift or what food it’s being paired with. $18 for a medium bodied wine that’s not too tannic, acidic, fruity, alcoholic, etc. A safe bet from one of the most trusted and consistent importers going back to the 70’s.

Blend of mostly Grenache, with added Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault, and Mourvèdre. Ruby with aromas of red fruits and earthy notes. On the palate flavors of black cherry and plum with simple spice. Fine tannins, medium finish and acidity, ending with fruit and spice.

Durban juice. Always good QPR.

Nice med/light color strawberry Rhubarb baking spice (no noticeable oak) soft approachable but true to Grenache Character

Wow what an everyday wine in the fall. All day & all night long.

For what it is, at the price it is, 10/10
