#bcwine#okanagan#nomnom 2012 Terravista 'Fandango' Albariño/Verdejo, Okanagan, BC. A stunning example of Spanish varieties outside of #spain. Bright with notes of pear, banana, peach and lemongrass. Racy acid on the finish. One of my favourite wines on this trek. #wine#sommelier#canada

A light and luscious white wine blend from Albariño and Verdejo grapes. Mild body and acidity with a floral and fruity bouquet and notes of honeysuckle and lemon on the palate.

Crispy acidic, citrus-forward, mineral, pretty complex wine. Surprisingly getting better on the second and even third day. I'd say it's mostly Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc, but without any gasoline or grass. Loosing a couple of points because of noticeable candy notes on the day one.
