#bcwine #okanagan #nomnom 2012 Terravista 'Fandango' Albariño/Verdejo, Okanagan, BC. A stunning example of Spanish varieties outside of #spain. Bright with notes of pear, banana, peach and lemongrass. Racy acid on the finish. One of my favourite wines on this trek. #wine #sommelier #canada — 12 years ago
From the "mother" of Alibi. Glad to see Senka Tenant back on the BC wine scene. Is this the only Albariño & Verdejo in BC? Shame. Tasty stuff. — 11 years ago
A very nice pale golden colored wine. Nice aromatics of honeysuckle, lime, wet stone, and talc. Body, alcohol, and acidity are all medium. Palate is fresh with refreshing acidity and fruit driving the experience. Stone fruit, esp white peach, join the aromas noted earlier. Finish is surprisingly long. Nice wine. — 13 years ago

My apologies Delectable,
This is Terravista Mencia Rose 2025,
not Albariño.
Bright vibrant pink.
Dry, crisp and savoury with red berries, cranberries, slightly floral with a hint of (not unpleasant) bitterness.
Pleasant mouth watering acidity on the finish.
The only planting of Mencia grapes in all of Canada.; 4 acres in total.
Grown on a clay bluff overlooking Okanagan Lake in the Naramata Outlook Vineyard.
Fermented in 60 % steel and 40 % neutral barrels then aged in steel and neutral French oak barrels. — 6 days ago
