With every minute that passes this wine opens up. On the nose: sour cherries, Rose petal, savory herbs, Oak influence, leather, slight barnyard, I could go on! On the pallet: an acid attack, high acidity, tannins come in right after, they cover the pallet, then the fruit (sour cherry, dried rose petals), a long, sour, dry mouth finish.
