On the pallet: an acid attack, high acidity, tannins come in right after, they cover the pallet, then the fruit (sour cherry, dried rose petals), a long, sour, dry mouth finish. Dec 3rd, 2015Huge potential. Needs decanting about 2-3 hours at least. Deep ruby, medium bodied, nose is strong of chilli, black pepper, dark fruits, peppermint. Strong tannins, strong acidity… bouquet opens to blueberries, goat cheese, herbs.
