Very nice, rich rosé. Very tight after initial opening, but really comes to life 20-30 mins of breathing. Was perfect with our salmon.

May 2015 Altura wine club - fresh but with some weight. Bone dry with ripe cherry and strawberry notes. Hints of herbs and zest. Try it with a slowly roasted salmon with a basil butter sauce.
