Medium deep ruby , thin pink , violet rim . Spicier nose than the Sassicaia , with blackberry , sweet oak , cassis , raspberry jam , touch of spice, mint , grafite . On the palate this is a little juicier than the Sassicaia with sweeter fruit, but shows good balance , blackberry , cassis , rosemary , grafite notes . Polished tannins and balanced acidity . Good length , with grafite finish . This is actually showing quite well , though young , even better in 5 -8 years and will go well a further 10 or so
