Chalky with fantastic berry and tannins. Opened it to kick off Shabbat.
I wish I’d ordered a few more bottles.

Full nose of light butter and blackberries. This is a special wine for a special occasion with friends. Just enough acidity and flavor. We aerated it but I feel it needs more time to open, but still amazing!

We had the 2010 Vintage on 1/10-11/21. Black fruit and earth on the bouquet. Blackberry, blueberry and a peppery spice on the palate. Still had plenty of tannin. This can age for many years.

if blind it could have passed as hermitage....still tannic and not in anyway at maturity...wait at least a few years....had it at restaurant

Flight 4. Loved the ‘07, first time tasting the’08. Wound up pretty tight to start, but had the benefit of tasting the remnants over two more nights. Nice Tuscan Syrah.

Lot of youth remaining here. Also nicely balanced at 14.5%

Excellent Nose! Beautiful fruit w color. Anticipating how it will pair w beef tartare, porcini tag & main of red snap.! @Avo in nola. 👍😊
