San Luis Obispo County Chardonnay

Sorry this is the Chardonnay- nice green apple , lees contact character, slight neutral oak character ( subtle oak)

Pale lemon yellow color with aromas of stone and citrus fruits with floral and honey mineral notes. On the palate flavors of apple, peach and pear with citrus and floral notes. Medium+ finish, lively crisp acidity, ending with fruit, spice, honey and citrus mineral character.

Blind tasted 12/7/22. Got the varietal but thought it was old world, most likely Beaune or Macon. Very well made, integrated oak, good underlying mineral. I would drink this again!

Butter baked pineapple with good freshness and substance.

Beautiful thick Chardonnay with a nice fatty flavor that’s good for steak. Surprisingly good with thick butter and body.
