This is in wonderful shape. Soft with gentle acidity behind it. Lush red berries, brioche and a gorgeous sweetness on a long finish.

Pop and pour. Creamy with power. Fruit, acidity, finish. Checks all the boxes.

This is wonderful stuff. Lots of secondary notes with hints of Orange peel and brioche over a lovely supple core of sweet lemon scented acidity. This if complex but still vivacious and very long. Great stuff.

Medium gold but looks youthful in the glass with steady fine bubbles. At first it’s youthful and one dimensional with notes of bread, citrus and apples. With an hour of air it gains complexity with ample acidity and develops a pleasing creaminess. Resembles a nicely aged Chablis. Palate coating long finish. In a great place.

This was extra gear! My #2 champagne of opening night in San Antonio. Astounding focus, bright honey, lemon oil and brioche.

An intense nose. Lemon oil, oyster shells. A beautifully rounded midpalate with bready warmth, good definition some secondary notes and a long finish. Fantastic stuff. One of the best 96’s
