Good Shiraz based blend. Some unexpected sweet notes. Good structure.

Tight, tannic Shiraz. Dark fruit and richness to start, becomes calmer and more terroir driven as it breathes. Black olives, mint, cooking herbs, ballsy tannins, and the trademark black pepper.

Blend of Shiraz (77%), Merlot (15%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (8%) Dark and brooding black/purple color. Intense aromas and flavors of black plum/currant/cherry fruit with noticeable hints of dark chocolate, baking spices and menthol. Full bodied and powerful with a fruit forward and smokey (quite long) finish. Tannins and acidity are soft. Solid quality and opulence for the price.

Deep purple in color; chocolate, blackberries, and earth on the nose; medium plus acidity; high tannins; tastes like black currant, black pepper, and eucalyptus with a long finish. I think it will improve with a good decant.

After decanting for about 30 minutes, I smell chocolate, black plums, and graphite. I taste black currant, blackberries, eucalyptus, and a hint of black pepper. It's much more in balance. Very tasty.

Smoky tobacco notes. Very drinkable. Tastes even better with a mushroom dish!

78% #shiraz 14% #cabernetsauvignon 8% #merlot

Happy
#ValentinesDay Inky purple color with some sediment left in the bottle when I decanted it. The nose has black fruit and chocolate. There was a little barnyard that blew off with time in the glass. This is a meaty wine with #junkinthetrunk. The palate has jammy black fruit and a little spice. It paired perfectly with #reversesearedribeye. 9 out of 10 #inkyindulgence

Got in the wine and cheese place red blend pack. It is complex with a spicy and sweet note. Rich color and flavor.

A Costco wine in the under $20 program. Bought a bottle to try and went back to buy more to add to the under $20 rotation.

Unique Aussie play on GSM, Shiraz, Grenache, M grape (can't remember the name). It was nice to enjoy with big Elk chop.
