Meaty, satisfying Syrah blend. Rich nose features beef blood and beef jerky, wet volcanic gravel, ripe elderberry, baking spice. On the palate it’s dark, ripe, and quite fruity. There’s some soft tannin in the clingy finish. Not super complex but a satisfying mouthful.

Dialed back on the Syrah this vintage. The extra Sangio and Grenache give it lift and freshness. One of my favorites of the past few years...super aromatic!
