Last night of magic at our second home. Big and bold. Green pepper and herbs. Will go great with African food.

You would not initially think this was a South African wine as it lacks the typical unique earthiness you would usually detect. Instead this has a huge cherry bouquet. It’s overwhelming initially but mellows after breathing for an hour and becomes a very respectable effort. Dark and syrupy and unique in its own right.

Solid Cabernet Sauvignon, well-made and a great value. Not overpowering like many California Cabernets at this price, and ready to drink.

A very good South African Cabernet. Lots of dark berry flavors and soft tannins. #71 on Wine Spectator Top 100 of 2020

Remarkably upright with a surprising amount of good tannin. Have had with steak and soft cheeses. Absolutely would buy again.
