Never trusted food comments on a wine label, less so with pairings.

凝縮感とはいかないまでも甘さのある柔らかな果実味。香りも少しジャムというかバルサミックなところも。
ただ、全体的にはキレイめでバランスが良い。

ビオだからか口当たり柔らか、猛々しさはなく、柔らかな酸.ミルキーというかクリームっぽいまろやかさ。
バランスが整っていてどんな料理とも破綻しないで楽しめるのは、なかなか。
甘い料理にも、甘さは負けるものの、上品な酸味がバランスして合っていた。

Interesting... more of a Gamay profile, I would have guessed Morgon before PN for sure - dark & grapey with some cherry but veered towards cranberry. Virtually no secondary layers, thin - light bodied w/some acidity, but not suave, smooth or elegant.

It too shabby

Not a big pinot drinker. First one from or!! Very tart cherry. Caught the hint of spice. Very tart. Pretty acidic balanced.

Not good

Strong cherry flavor with a smell of cranberries

Incredibly light. Delicious.
