Better paired with spicy pizza, Italian sausage. Alone, immediate pronounced cherry and berry, medium bodied, subtle chocolate and faint sweetness. Interesting blend, would buy again. 2013 vintage

This is a great, easy drinking wine. Had with some nice penne vodka and it was the perfect compliment. Would be great with a top shelf pizza too. Wish I had more of this one.

Soft, fruit forward, light on the tannin. (DH was pleasantly surprised.)

Graphite and cherries on the nose. Smooth chocolate, red and black fruits on the palate. Velvety tannins, and juicy acidity. Well played wsj

Light nose of graphite/lead pencil or granite, dry, light bodied, bitter, definitely not one of my favorites outta this #wineclub

Herby up front, saucy or buttery finish. Fresh floral smell, notes of citrus zest and metal.

It needs to sit for quite some time after opening. Directly after opening it was very hard and harsh on then outs. After sitting for almost 15 mins it got much smoother and almost sweet.
