Nose of cherries, earth, pine, palate is cool and composed, maybe a bit reserved, distinctly red fruited with ample spice and stemmy grip. Feels like it needs more time but elegant

I will but every bottle of Bize I am offered. Chisa has such a beautiful touch of finesse and ethereal character in her wines.

This was tasted against Kutch single-vineyard Pinots and I though they won out for sure.

2015 Vintage - big black fruits some floral , pine pitch , firm tannins mushrooms -wish I waited on this

Cool and pretty. In a very good place for drinking now. Placid raspberry and a dark bramble undertow. Good acid. Light and precise

Nose is a mix of aged wet earth, mint, big underbrush, some cherry compote. Palate is kind of messy but fresh. A bit warm. Seems dilute. Off.

Very nice. Still not fully open but not shut down like Day1. Nice cherry fruit but finishes with drying tannins. Youthful. Pretty and enjoyable. Followed 2.5 hours
