Nose and palate reminiscent of grappa, minus the heat. But a bit straight forward for being in quevry for 12 years.

Dec 11th, 2015Wow- this is old! and yet itβs still fully intact. No longer bright or fruity, but resinous and saline; plum, Turkish delight, dark Turkish dried apricot, medium tannins, very slight acetone.
