Gorgeous and golden. Skin fermented for 101 days in concrete. Nice texture, not overly fruity, but tropical notes. This is a fantastic mid-priced Chardonnay from the Sonoma side of Carneros.

Golden and balanced skin-fermented Chardonnay, delicious with green chili, nutty, apricots, minerals, subtle, not funky like many orange wines , structured like a soft Pinot, but none of the red fruits, all golden.

Smells like flint stones vitamins, dank wet cellar and fresh spring flowers. Tart acidity, shock-tarts and tropical fruits on the palate. I’m in love with this skin contact Chardonnay!

This wine was pretty tightly wound at first. After some time, it came around with a really pretty peachy apricoty nose, with some interesting funky earthy additions. Kind of waxy. Intriguing.

Digging the low alcohol, no wood approach, but certainly needs some work and doesn't express it's extended skin billing.
