Off the Bicyclette wine list. Fruit forward nose. Refined in the mouth and needed air to grow it’s impact in the mouth. Very nice.

this Scramsberg is very good. No need to buy French stuff, when the domestic product is so strong.
Delicate, toasty nose. Superfine bubbles which help to lift the texture. Baked bread and biscuits. Finishes with a hint of honey. Strong showing.

Yeast, bread dough, applesauce, yellow peach, and white flowers. Rich and delicious. Moderate acidity.

Very impressed with this US bubbly. Light on its feet, a hint of sweetness, and pin-point bubbles. Presents as a French example.

Light golden hue. Aromas of almond, apple, citrus, peach, pear, yeast. Medium body with high acidity. Lengthy finish. Balanced and beautiful expression of Champagne-style sparkler from California. 100% Chardonnay.

Nicely balanced.
