Blend of 57% Chardonnayand 43% Pinot Noir, pale straw color with aromas of stone fruits, yeast and citrus notes. Nice sparkler with ripe apple, peach and pear flavors, fine mousse with tiny bubbles. Yeah it’s just so damn layered and delicious, big punch of acidity but that extroverted fruit and I assume decent dosage to round things out - makes it a pairing ace. It is so enjoyable even as it completely loses all bubbles and comes to room temp in the glass, which is the mark of a great 🍾 IMHO.
