This is so strawberry: fresh strawberry, strawberry jam, strawberry pie. All the strawberries. A bit of brioche and pie crust.

Pink with an orange hue with plentiful tiny bubbles. Show aromas of strawberry cream, raspberry, and subtle yeast. On the palate it shows a moderately soft mousse with raspberry, strawberry and grapefruit flavors. Good value!

Light salmon color with a vibrant foamy mouse. Giving aromas of strawberry, fresh roses and ginger. Medium bodied with nice balance and acidity; fresh strawberry, apple and cherry round out the mid palate while the medium finish carries a yeasty, spicy note. #schramsberg #bubbles
