79% Pinot Noir, 21% Chardonnay.
28% fermented in barrel.

Pear, green apple, lemon/lime zest, orange blossoms, white peach, bread, yeast, touch of butterscotch, toffee nuts, enamel ripping acidity.

2008, I'd like a little more life on this but a great sparkling door food

Slight yeasty notes. Acids rocking. Some apple and pear as well

Always nice. A little age helped bring out deeper flavor.
