‘12 out of mag. Yum. Cranberry, blood orange, stone. It’s hard not to love well made Rose sparkling.

A few of us stopped by the wine storage facility today to “celebrate” the 4th in style...wine style. American zins and American Sparklers. Happy 4th 🇺🇸

Reinforced my thinking of Schramsberg Sparklers being able to age decently. Really no sign of decline here. Fruit may be a tad less tart, but still flavorful. Kiwi, watermelon and a lot of pomegranate. Acid is still searing through the mid palate with a yeasty/herbaceous finish.

Not a big sparkling fan, but when I do...I drink Rose Brut. Crisp and dry, rose petal flavor.

Nice understated fruits of; cherries, strawberries, watermelon, black raspberries/cherries, pink rose petals, soft gripping chalkiness, crisp volcanic minerals, baguette, nice acidity and a decent finisher.

Maybe the most impressive wine of the tasting. Depth & balance. Easy & complex. All day with this one. #wine

To my palate this is the best ever vintage of Schramsberg Rosé.
High acidity that matches great with the fresh fruit.
