30% Chardonnay, 70% Pinot Noir.
28% fermented in barrel.

I liked it, but didn't love it. I live Schrammy, but for the price id stick with the blanc de blanc

Sushi and sparkling. Nicely fine and concentrated bubbles. Wet stones, pear, peach. Touch of minerality mid-palette and finishes with a hint of residual sugar, which is really nice with the sushi. It’s a good bottle of Schrams; probably my favorite. Though, as is typical of them, the QPR isn’t there.

Great bottle of wine for the money. Hello Labor Day weekend.
