Slate, green apple skin, some nice prickly acidity to go with its off-dry orchard fruit notes. Mmm. Could stand to age a few years.

Happy place for a jet lagged dinner in Amsterdam. Quince and unripe apple mixed with a touch of hay.

The slightest sweetness but mostly dry and nice mineral tones.

Pear, green apple, slight peach and maybe hint of apricot on the nose. Little bit of citrus on the palate along with mineral flavor. Medium acidity and medium finish. Would be curious how this does with a few years on it. . .
