Light-golden color, with beeswax, red apple, and pineapple on the palate. Moderately sweet, ending out with more beeswax. Delicious.

A wine that can hold up to vinegar and lemon!!!!! I paired this with a vinegary meatball tomato broth and a lemony salad and it was perfect. So much acid. And it was still good. Also delicious on its own, after decanting in the fridge for a day.

Sweet sweet gasoline. Floral but the nose abounds with feminine. Pithy sweet citrus. Palette of candied grapefruit. Beautiful acidity which adds balance. Alcohol is just right.
