I wish I had four more bottles of this! We paired it with a very buttery lemony pasta and it was a fantastic pairing. And fresh lemon is hard to pair with! The first glass was good on its own before dinner- citrusy and peachy. But it opened up immensely after it warmed up a bit, and after a bite of the lemony pasta. Yum!!!! — 5 years ago

Hmmmmmmmm.... this one still tasted tart, young, and pointed to me. Both on the first day, and then after a day of being opened. It improved with food, acquiring a more earthy taste. But still too much like a cranberry. — 5 years ago
A wine that can hold up to vinegar and lemon!!!!! I paired this with a vinegary meatball tomato broth and a lemony salad and it was perfect. So much acid. And it was still good. Also delicious on its own, after decanting in the fridge for a day. — 5 years ago
