Petrol, sea water, and lemon zest.

Pale lemon color with aromas of citrus, floral and spicy earthy notes. On the palate flavors of stone and lemon citrus fruit with vivid acidity. Medium+ finish ending with fruit and an earthy mineral tang. Needs food to enjoy. Nice!

This is so good. A bit of butter underlying difinite minerality and Aegean salt. Smells like pineapple. Golden fruit. Red beach.
