Profoundly complex. Drank over three days and simply kept on deeply giving.

Oct 24th, 2024Never had an oak barrel fermented assyrtiko blend before. Nice rich creaminess and vanilla notes without being bombastic on the oak like some oaked chardonnays. Typical bright acidity and stone fruit/citrus notes - hints of peach, nectarine, lime - balanced with a good amount of minerality and bit of savory notes. Has the body and length of finish of a light-medium red. Was expecting more breadiness from lees but no complaints otherwise
