Brtok Tokaj Dry Furmint

Meyer lemon, chamomile and other white/yellow florals. Intense “hard water” minerality. Lovely acidity and clean mouthfeel, enjoyed with Hungarian stuffed cabbage, but would be endlessly versatile with food.

Meyer lemon explosion with chamomile. This wine goes, and goes, and goes....it's an endless abyss of deliciousness.

Inviting aromatics. Notes of dandelion, chamomile tea, walnuts, red apple, and amontillado sherry. Great depth and intrigue. Oxidation was just where it needed to be and a nerving minerality is maintained. A great look into dry Tokaj and the white wine capabilities of Hungry. Another bottle in need of more than just 750mL. Also a nice side-step from my recent interest in Chenin Blanc.

Lemon, white pear and chamomile tea. Great acid and sweetness. Unexpected deliciousness.

A bit oxidative and nutty, a bit floral. Incredibly flexible with food.

Meyer lemon orange juice & Sleepy Time tea. Nice Sunday afternoon sipper.

Lemon drop candy with less sugar. Lemon pulp, pear skin, yellow florals, soft understated fine minerals.

Gives me the shivers. Some armchair wine....

Wow, great mid palate hint floral but not over the top. Great minearlity must try for white wine geeks
