Jun 15th, 2025Vin moderne, technologique et fait pour plaire, malgré un défaut notoire les tanins assèchent le palais. Des fruits noirs, prunes, bois. La bouche est a pas mal de matière pour pour le prix. Acheté pour les points bonis. Bu 2 bouteilles, même sur deux jours les tanins sont toujours aussi sec.

Course 4 wine. Maine lobster, Wagyu culotte steak, corn purée, truffle potato chips. Terrific pairing, even though I would never have dreamed of putting a big Tuscan with lobster. Loved it.
