My last btl was good, but this was excellent. On the nose, dense gooseberry, lime, a touch of yeast, herbs. On the palate, lovely acidity, lime, lemon, floral notes, fantastic dry extract, dense on the palate, with lime and sweet orange on the finish.

Remarkably pure, like lemon kissed stones with a whiff of white peach. Intense and focused, it's quite tight at the moment, but the balance and clarity here give this many many years of life. I wouldn't open until 10 years of age.
