I concur with @vinokeeno and Jeb D on this - just outstanding at $45. It’s piercing, riveting and focused. Great tannic structure. No flamboyance, just very well presented fruit. Dry presentation, yet sweetish on the downswing. I just ordered another 6 pack. It’s that strong.

Napa cab with very earthy flavors. Dark fruits, mild-moderate tannins. Wouldn't buy again. $40 at smyrna beverage warehouse

8/23 Super dark and concentrated. Black fruit but enough cherry and jammy berries to offset the balance. It was coravined so no rating. Try again.

Surprised how well this wine is drinking now. A short decant is required but it’s drinking quite well but as the tannins integrate will surely improve with time. Still, nice ripe black fruit, dark chocolate, licorice, earthiness. Drinking very well and smooth. Nice medium finish. Excellent value!

2019 vintage. Retasted after a month. Still banging for the Bitcoin. Chocolate cake finish.

Underrated. That Rolland influence and nose. Qpr/Bang for the buck fully engaged. That velveteen pincushion of flavor impressions present and accounted for.

I’d never pick out a bottle of Napa cab for myself. I’d also never leave a gift bottle un-drunk. So noting that my score bias is set low to begin with, this was a pleasant surprise. Subtle fruit, tannins and understated oak (a plus in my book). Very drinkable and accessible. Retail looks to be about $45, so maybe not quite a Tuesday night wine, but you could do worse alongside a shelter-in-place meal on a Thursday or Friday.
