On the palate flavors of wild strawberry & cherry with complex spice, citrus, oak and balanced acidity. Fine soft tannins, good balance, long finish with an earthy characteristic ending with notes of vanilla spice. Nice!

Pinot from Carneros comes in thin, with diminished fruit and over-oaked compared with Willamette Valley Pinot. This one is no exception. “Napa” and “Pinot Noir” shouldn’t exist on the same label.

This is a nice bright Pinot, with a nose of red cherries and tea leaves. A light bodied Pinot with flavors of cherry, this has decent tannins. Very, very young. It's nice but nothing I would seek out.
