1990 in 375ml..... reminiscent of Cabernet...., voluptuous mouthfeel.... color on paar w/ age-actually drinks better than I would have guessed.

Wait...what? 1973 Mondavi Pinot Noir, given to me by Ren Harris about 17 years ago. I didn't figure it was worth opening, thought it would have been totally dead. Just fun to have my birth year wine. However!! You can absolutely detect the age, but the pretty red fruit is there! It is just beautiful! Thanks to Coravin, I think I may actually open this up and enjoy it! Excellent!
