A perfect aperitif when the sun is warm but the air is brisk w/ saline... bitter grapefruit peel, softened by a rich mousse and red berry flavors. — 6 years ago

So much better than expected. The acid had fallen off a bit but the texture was reminiscent of older Sancerre and overall quite pleasant. Drinking the cellar dry so we had to try it! — 6 years ago

‘Wine w/ a prickle” it states on the label.... perhaps “a tickle” would be more appropriate. Simple and bone dry. Perfect w/ the creaminess of Kumamoto’s. — 6 years ago
