Dinner with a fellow Chevalier after waiting out the full regime of vaccinations...notes possibly, scores honestly.

Sweeter than preferred. A touch too polished if that makes sense.

Loads of Christmas spice and east going down!

Not a favorite Chinato. Pronounced tree bark and hard-edged.

Mulled wine spice. Sweeter than I expected but great with dessert

Garden nursery, dental office, Christmas spice and something from the underworld. Oh, and a hint of mushroom. I suggest avoiding.

Beautifully balanced pain d'epices and herbaceous notes, a touch of sweetness, and a finish of bitter orange peel and cherry. Nose of aromatic root.

Peppery and armomaric

Cherry liqueur, eucalyptus, grenadine, coriander, golden raisins, mint flower, thyme. Low acid/smooth tannin balance, oily slightly syrup like texture, long dry herbal finish.
